Payment, attendance and cancelation policy for Kambo ceremonies: 

To confirm your appointment, please send a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation, confirms your commitment and guarantees your spot for the session.

By submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the amount paid is not subject to refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies or any other reason that might prevent your participation in the ceremony.

If you need to reschedule your session and you let River know more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a future session within 30 days. Rescheduling may be done one time. If you cancel or need to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

The remaining amount may be paid the day of your session either in cash or it will be charged to the card you used to pay the deposit. Please specify which you would prefer when booking your appointment. If paying in cash, please complete your payment before your session begins.

There is a 20 minute grace period for arrival to your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment and deposit.

No exceptions. 

Health Coaching Policy

The coaching relationship is a place to openly bring your health challenges, concerns and goals. River’s focus is to provide education, make recommendations and help you to make more progress towards these goals than you would make on your own. River’s role is that of a coach, consultant and educator. River agrees to readily offer her guidance to help create a customized plan for you and to help ensure that you are focused on the right things. 

You agree to this coaching relationship, knowing that you are ultimately responsible for your own results. Your progress and results will be determined by your level of effort as well as commitment to making healthy changes in your life. River agrees to show up to help you to the best of her ability but ultimately, she cannot make the changes for you nor ensure compliance with any part of the protocol. Because of this, no refunds will be given at any point.

Relationships are built on communication. If you ever feel that you are not getting what you signed up for, please communicate that directly to River so that she can make reasonable adjustments. She may also provide you feedback during the program in an effort to help you get the best results possible. 

River is not a medical doctor and does not provide medical advice, treat disease or prescribe medication. Instead, she provides education and makes recommendations based on her knowledge of holistic health, herbalism, functional testing, nutrition and detoxification. River’s role is to help inform the decisions that you make regarding your health and wellbeing and to consult with you regarding changes in lifestyle, diet and supplementation in order to foster an increased state of balance and health. Although rare and usually minor, certain side effects, including allergic reaction, can sometimes occur from natural remedies.

River does not provide therapy, advice or support for things outside of the scope of this program.
